The Rambo Machete

Another exceptional example of craftsmanship from master knife maker Gil Hibben, this Hibben IV machete was designed for Sylvester Stallone’s Rambo character to be used in the hit motion picture, and was also featured on the cover of Blade Magazine.

Crafted of one solid piece of 1090 carbon steel, this machete is heat-forged and honed to a razor-sharp finish, providing the chopping and slicing power needed in a quality machete like this one. The heat-forged construction of the blade creates a unique, weathered finish for an eye-catching and appealing look as well as durability that will withstand tough use.

The handle of this massive blade features black leather wrappings for the secure, comfortable grip. Included in the handle is a genuine leather lanyard, which is handy for carrying as well as for utilizing the strength of this machete. Also included is a heavy-duty, genuine leather sheath to house the blade. The sheath features a large belt loop, making the machete convenient to carry or transport. The heavy-duty construction of the sheath keeps the blade secure so you don’t have to worry about it slipping or slicing through the sheath.

Measuring a staggering 16 ½” overall, this machete was designed to be tough enough for Rambo, and it is surely tough enough for any job you need it for, too.
