United Cutlery M48 Double Bladed Tactical Tomahawk
this little hawk feels good in the hand, light & agile. the edges are working sharpe, could possibly use for throwing but not sure handle would hold up. I like it am pleased with purchase. AS always shipping was quick.

War strife victory is all over this one. Nice size, big ones so difficult to heft and swing.

its ok
the sheath is not a good design for it as the snaps rub the edges and it is kind of unbalanced for my liking but over all its cool looking as a wall hanger

Nice Display
I bought the tomahawk to go with my Scottish claymore (broadsword) and samori sword display on my Man Cave Wall. Fits right in beside the Henry Yellow Boy.

Better than I expected
I was worried that the handle might break, but like other people say it's a sturdy handle and it is definitely worth the money.

Awesome
this Axe is a great weapon. the blade came fairly sharp as to be expected. the handle is sturdy and gives a good grip. And the sheath can't be complained about either. its very sturdy and doesn't move around on you. the M48 series is great quality. thinking about buying a second one because i love this one so much. i absolutely love it.

Toy-like
Well they certainly didn't lie about the dimensions of this axe, the head is small (no bigger than my hand). It looks like a child's toy in my adult hands but clearly it's not a toy due to its sharps edges. Due to its diminutive size it's ideal for clearing out zombies in tight quarters. The axe head itself seems to be solidly constructed, it's the handle I worry about when being thrown. If the axe head were twice as large and the handle of sturdier construction I'd have to give this axe five stars instead of four.

great axe shitty sheath
First off the axe is bloody great, I have no complaints about it as of yet, it seems sturdy though I haven't put it through much except for cutting down brush. It comes sharp as wolverine's claws, just last night I accidentally cut(deeply) myself on it as I brushed my foot against. Now I gave it a four star for one reason the sheath sucks it is quarrelsome to get on and off and it barely fits the axe, I'm not too surprised though most M48 sheaths are crap

cheap handle
I had two of these tomahawks, and used pine log rounds as my targets. Initially i was in love with them. They seemed pretty sturdy, the heads were very sharp and stuck deep. Once I had about 500 throws in, the first tomahawk handle snapped off about a quarter inch below the third bolt. The tang was still intact, but two metal that ran along it and the nylon handle sheared right off. About a half hour later, the exact same thing happened to the second. I was initially impressed, but they did not hold together too long.

Awesome at first
The handle is not even close to indestrucable! Within 50 throws at a maple tree the handle broke off from the head. I was in love with it at first. It flew awesone and stuck in every time then broke.
