I am okay with it. The little extras were kinda blah. We like one of the knives but it is the 3rd time we received it. The other knife was a machete, I didnt get to handle much but looks like it will make it worth it. After my son opens it for Christmas I will know better. These are always chance and I know with the price point, it might not be our favorite mystery bag. Next time I think we will do one a little more expensive.

Well worth the cost received more than expected

Received mine today, and found I'd received the Red Guardian tanto fixed blade/ assisted open folder set, Black Falcon stiletto, green Ridge Runner assisted open folder, and an awesome looking bracelet. all together I'd say over the $25 value. I really like the bracelet and my wife claimed the stiletto . Great deal!

I recently received my mystery bag, and I was very surprised at the value I received a few survival items and a couple a folding knives a fixed blade as well I will definitely purchase more in the future keep up the great work BudK

Got mine in today. Came with M48 OPS tactical gloves, black legion firefighter folder (love it, very sturdy and assisted opening), a kubaton pen, and a Survivor HK 10-36 13 inch fixed blade. Will definitely be getting another one soon.

I ordered two bags, both came with a pretty cool hunting knife worth the money I paid for the entire bag, bag ones knife was accompanied by a gorilla glue, four pack of bungee cords and a cable saw. Bag two had the knife, an American eagle belt buckle, a native looking leather strap bracelet, and a stick of beef jerky, bag one was definitely more interesting to me but that's the fun you never know what they will send but it's always worth the purchase.

I got a great kissing cranr knife and some useful camping/survival knives as well. Overall, I'm very pleased and will continue to look for cool stuff from Budk. The customer service is top notch!

I am completely shocked. I didnt have high hopes for this but i gave it a shot anyway and it paid off. I got an m10m gas mask, A wax burning stove, a pack of gi can openers and a m48 tactical leg ammo bag. Im 100% happy budk, You guys are awesome!!!

This was part of my first order from BUDK, I was surprised to see a skinning knife that I was debating on ordering. I received more than what I paid for. I have already ordered a sword mystery bag to try my luck again. I have already recommend bag and BUDK to others.

I got my order yesterday, there was a Timber Wolf skinning knife, a Black Legion assisted blade with a rather bulky bottle opener on the one end, but its still a nice knife. I also received two small folding gun knives, a wwII grenade folding knife and a bullet pen. Over all, it was a good purchase and will definitely do it again.

Bought this $25 value bag opened and was surprised by the amount of goodies in the bag. Did I quick check on everything I had gotten and it was valued at $46, wow. Items included were... Black Legion Eliminator gold plated tactical knife, bullet knife and necklace combo, mini grenade knife keychain, Black UST Jetscream floating whistle, Black Legion Red skull camo assisted opening knife, M-48 Skull patch, and a Black plastic skull keychain. Was really happy with this order and i will definately order a couple more very soon.

I bought 2 of these a month apart. the 1st one I received a kissing crane toothpick knife, a yellow leg knife, a paracord bracelet, and a small skinning knife. not to bad! but this last box was PERFECT! I received a black ronin throwing star, a spring assist rescue knife, a neat watch, a thing of pepper spray, and a awesome little full tang survival knife!

Okay, so I didn't know that BUDK even had this so I just had to try it when I saw it. I was more than impressed when i saw the amount of cool things I got. I got a couple pocket knives, a fixed blade, and a couple different items. I want to buy even more surprise bags, or even get a higher price one. I recommend this to people gift shopping or for people who want to expand their collection. A must buy!

All but 1of the 4 knives I got were black legion and it was a little pistol knife. Whats with all the black legion and skull stuff? But over all, good product.

Very cool gear only one problem. There was a lot of black legion knives. What is black legions theme? Skulls! Not really my style or design but still worth the money

I wish when you buy more then one of the same ones they would be different items in these bags. So just be aware never buy more then the se hrab bags cause you will get the same items. But over all i will make some great money back, so thank you budk and i will try other ones later on

Purchased 2 of these. In total I received 2 Mustang 40th anniversary pins, a neck knife, 3 assisted opening knives, 2 sets of shot glasses and a miniature Kissing Crane knife. Decent knives with the exception of the neck knife.

i got a ridge runner giant assisted stiletto, a small ridge runner confederate flag pocket knife, a survival bracelet, a pair of shot glasses and a mustang pin.all the stuff i got with the exeption of the pin is all great stuff the stilleto is razor sharp and its size makes it interesting. the shot glasses are kinda cool. the bracelet is cool, but a little too big for my wrist, and the confederate flag knife is nice and sharp and feels well made, im just not a personal fan of the design so i gifted it. not bad for the money

Pretty cool. I received a Mustang 40th anniversary pin. A neck knife. Two assisted opening knives. And a miniature Kissing Crane knife. Added up to about a $30 value. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality. I have gotten grab bags from other companies and they all seem to the left overs that no one actually wants, but from BudK it actually had pretty decent knives. Will definitely be buying again soon.

I have had some that were AMAZING, with very cool items I really enjoyed. My last one had some lame things in it though. A rebel knife which I didn't care for too much and for some reason a duplicate of it, and a kissing crane leather case for multiple knives even that was kind of lame with only one kissing crane knife. I did like the kissing crane knife however and there was some very cool Genuine Buffalo Bone Lace Spear from india inside. They almost made it worth it, but again I've received other boxes that blew that one out of the water.

I received my first package of this variant today and I have to say I’m not impressed. Not only was the big ticket item of my package damaged, but I received two of the same knives, in the same package! Other than the damage and the repeat knives the value still exceeds what I paid overall so I can’t be too disappointed, just wish it would have been something a bit more exciting.

I've purchased quite a few of these Surprise Bags in the past, of all three price levels. As the name suggests, it's a toss-up as to what you'll get. Only reason I bought one of these ones is to put me over the top for the free shipping deal at the time. This is one of the more mediocre bags I've purchased. Going by BudK prices, it's definitely worth more than $25. Contents below: - An adjustable brown and tan "Colombian Survival" trucker-style cap. Item BK3027, $5.98. Has an Aztec symbol on the front and a scorpion on the left hand side. It's pretty comfy, and will definitely get some use this summer. - A coon skinner caping knife with sheath. Item BK1985, $4.98. Both pieces appear to be very well made, but I have no use for the knife at all so I'll probably just give it to one of my buddies who's into hunting. - A Kissing Crane Christmas Trapper pocket knife...The 2015 design. Item KC5345, $22.99 but obviously discontinued. I've received so many of these holiday-themed knives in the bags it's ridiculous, and I already have two of this one! Don't get me wrong, they're nice knives. But for "limited edition" pieces, they sure are mass-produced! This one will be a giveaway, since I already have two and getting a Christmas knife from 2015 in late March 2017 is kinda awkward. - A "Learn & Live" quick reference guide for First Aid techniques. I can't find this particular one on the site, but similar L&L guides here for other topics (fire building, animal tracking, etc.) go for $3.99. It's a bunch of laminated cards held together with a grommet. Neat little thing to keep in your pocket on a camping trip maybe, but not something I'll get much use out of. The tips contained are very basic, which I suppose is why it's called a "quick reference guide." - An emergency fishing kit, item CK125, $3.99. Contains 2 hooks, 36 meters of line, 2 lures, 2 swivels, 2 weights, and a winder. I'm not much into fishing, but my nephew is and he'll certainly get use out of it. - Lastly, an El Dorado City of Gold stiletto knife. Item BK2626, $9.99. Best item in the bag other than the hat, but nothing spectacular itself. Has a good weight to it, but despite the cool name it's really just a basic assisted opener with polished gold finish. The thumb stud isn't very easy to push, either. I've certainly picked up better stilettos for the price of this one. Total "retail" (meaning on this site) price: $51.92. Again, definitely more than the $13.99 I paid, but the bulk of that is the Christmas knife. (A good Christmas 2017 gift, maybe? Heh.) I probably shouldn't complain too much considering the money spent, but this one was underwhelming at best. Best item is the hat, which all things considered is kinda sad. Ah well. Guess I'll stick to the two higher-priced bags if I feel like taking a gamble again in the future.

All i have to say is definitely don't get your hopes up. all i got was 2 tiny kissing Crane pocket knives, a tiny dagger, and a survival bracelet... ill try it one more time. otherwise nah. or ill order a larger one.

i got a quarter size kissing krane knife with a heel on it. (not my style). a kissing krane commemorative coin (ok). a cheap tactical pen( useless). a survival bracelet. (not my style)and last and certainly the least favorite thing a polishing cloth. yay me. probably wont purchase another grab bag.
