The CVA Accura MR-X is a shorter-barreled muzzle-loader designed for hunters seeking a rifle that is both light to carry in the mountains and easy to maneuver in tight situations. The mountain rifle features a 26” fluted Bergara barrel in nitride-treated stainless steel with a sniper grey Ceracote finish, threaded muzzle and a 1:22 twist. The Veil Alpine camouflage stock has a SoftTouch finish with a CrushZone recoil pad and the DuraSight Rail accepts both Weaver and Picatinny rings. It also features CVA’s Quick-Release Breech Plug, which is the only truly tool-free removal breech plug on the market today. The 41” overall muzzleloader rifle comes with CVA’s carbon fiber PalmSaver ramrod and the Quake Claw Sling.
